Do you have lulls in your vegetable intake from time to time?
Well, I do and I’m in one right now! I’ve been thinking about how I can be more intentional about getting vegetables in my life this month?
Well, I’ve decided a way I can put the spotlight on vegetable is to find a way to have them at every meal! The challenge for me will be finding ways to get vegetables into my breakfast. So I spent a little time looking for recipes that included vegetables. Here are 3 easy ones that I found. Not a fan of broccoli? Replace it with a vegetable that you are a fan of. Substitute your own ideas and likes into the recipes and get a tasty uptick in your vegetable intake!
