Do you ever wonder how monthly holidays and observances are created? Well, I do! Better yet, have you ever wanted to make your own “observance”? I have! And this month, you are in luck! “Why”, you ask? Because you are here for our creation of a monthly observance! Yes, I at this moment declare the month of March, Flexibility Month! Boring name, right?! I know. So that’s why I’ve decided to declare March Flexi-Lady Month here in Fit Chicks Nation! As we continue our journeys to health and happiness this month, let’s learn some things about stretching. AND while we are at it, let’s do a challenge!
