“Liz J” joined Fit Chicks on March 22, 2017, and hasn’t looked back. She has a beautiful spirit and an amazing story. This past week, she’s trained on PowerUp Fit Chicks LIVE and it was her work anniversary - - 37 years with one company 🎉 They’re lucky to have Liz and so are we.
Before our mandatory shutdown, Liz trained every Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM for three years. Then on April 1, 2020, when we launched Fit Chicks LIVE, she made a seamless transition to virtual personal training.
She’s staying healthy, happy and strong!
Fun Fact: Okay, ask Liz to see a picture of the entire wedding party from her first ceremony. Why? The love of Liz’s life was one of the groomsmen at that first wedding. While the first marriage didn’t work out and she had NOT seen this groomsman in 10 years, it took a chance encounter, and just two dates to KNOW this was the REAL-REAL DEAL this time #love💘
